Who this is

This website is run by Sejla Vatres, an independent consultant based in Riyadh and Dubai. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to me on LinkedIn (linked in the footer).

What I collect

When you book a discovery call, you give me your company name, your name, your role, your email address, your company size, the problem you want to solve, the service you're interested in, and the time you choose. Your browser's timezone is recorded so times are shown correctly.

I don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

How I use it

Only to arrange and prepare for the call you booked, and to follow up with you about it. I don't sell or share your details with anyone for their own use.

Where it's kept

Bookings are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. The site is hosted by Vercel. When you book, a calendar invite with a Google Meet link is created in my Google Calendar and sent to you by Google, and I receive the booking details by Gmail.

Google account access

This site connects only to my own Google account, to check when I'm free, create and cancel calendar events for bookings, and email me new booking details. It never accesses your Google account. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long I keep it

Booking details are kept for as long as they're useful for our work together, and deleted on request.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the details you've shared. Message me on LinkedIn and I'll take care of it.
