The vision for this app was to provide a suite of features to facilitate interaction between exhibitors and visitors, including a QR code scanner for collecting visitor information, a lead management system to categorize and qualify leads as hot or cold, and functionalities to view, manage, and export these leads. The primary objective was to streamline the process of lead collection and management for exhibitors, making it more efficient.

Product discovery work and creating a prototype that will get a sign off from stakeholders for building the actual app.

Organized and executed user interviews to collect detailed feedback and requirements

Developed the initial prototype, translating wireframes into a functional model that could be interactively tested

Managed communications with all key stakeholders to get approval at various stages of the product development process, ensuring the app met the set expectations and requirements

Once the app was approved, worked closely with UI designers to refine the prototype's design aspects. Later, coordinated with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and integration of the final design elements.
